Well the good news is that the First Home Owner Grant Boost Scheme has been extended unchanged for 3 months.
Clients have to have entered into a contract to buy a home by 30th September to avail of the full boost of $14,000 for existing homes and $24,000 for new homes (NSW only). We still have clients who are working their way towards a home of their own and the pressure is on to get the finance approved and those contracts exchanged.
